Stay in touch with your MailPlus driver through the ShipMate portal. Send direct, one-way messages for updates like:

  • Change in Parcel Location:
    “Parcels have been left in a different place today.”
  • Pick-up Schedule Updates:
    “Cancelled today’s pick up. Parcels will be ready on the next scheduled day.”
  • Early Parcel Readiness:
    “Parcels are ready earlier today if it works for you.”
  • Special Pickup Requests:
    “We will close early today. Please pick up by 12PM if possible.”
