“How do I track a parcel?”

All MailPlus parcels are scanned and fully trackable at every point between pickup and delivery. You can track parcels live in our free shipping platform, ShipMate. Receivers can check their delivery here.

“How much does it cost to ship a parcel?”

We offer both Express and Standard delivery services. Our Express items are flat-rate, Australia-wide up to 5kg, starting at just $10.97 exc. GST for up to 1kgs.

“How do I send a parcel?”

We do it for you with our guaranteed, same-day pickups. Your local operator will be notified when you print a label via ShipMate and will be there at the agreed collect time. Imagine no more trips to the Post Office!

“How long does express delivery take?”

Our Express service delivers in 1-2 days Australia-wide thanks to our trusted partnership with StarTrack. That includes East Coast to West Coast!

“What areas do you service?”

MailPlus is made up of a network of more than 300+ local operators that service 1,200+ post codes across all metro cities and some regional areas. Unfortunately, we cannot pickup in rural areas.

“Can you pick up from my home?”

Yes, we can pick up from residential addresses if you run your business from home. Enquire now to find out if we service your area.

“Is MailPlus Express just for eCommerce shipping?”

Not at all! We help other businesses such as corporate offices, dentists and even schools to get their items to where they need to be . Whatever kind your business is, we can help with your shipping solution.

“What sort of items are prohibited to ship with MailPlus?”

– Aerosols
– Poisons
– Flammable liquids/materials
– Glass
– Sharp objects
– Most liquids (unless you package these really well!)
– Weapons

“Do I have to have a Shopify website to use MailPlus?”

No. If you host your website on a different platform, you can ship labels all in one go with a bulk CSV file. We also have an API integration, which is free for you to implement with the help of our developers.

“Is there a minimum order quantity (volume)?”

Theres no minimum volume or contract required to have a free MailPlus account. A small pickup fee may apply depending on your unique business needs.

“Do you pick up and deliver on weekends?”

MailPlus collects on weekdays only. Deliveries are also only completed during the week.

“Can I ship to PO Boxes?”

We offer an Authority to Leave service and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. (These are owned and operated by Australia Post only.)

However, if you are sending items via Premium Express, items that are unable to be left in a safe location will go to the closest Post Office. 

“Who is my local MailPlus operator?”

They are the local owner-operators of a MailPlus territory in your area. Your business is their business, so theyll always show up on time.

“Can I use my own packaging?”

Yes! Simply follow the measurements outlined below. BYO satchels must be the same or less for each weight range to ensure a successful delivery with no extra charges.
